Polyanvil began with Joe Brown—someone with a big imagination and a hope to build a world of his own through games and digital projects.

We used to stay up all night playing video games, hosting LAN parties, and eating Taco Bell. They were the kind of nights that made the next day feel far away and every idea seem possible.

Most of all, we dreamed of writing a computer game together one day. That day never came; Joe was taken from us too soon.

This site carries that dream forward: a small forge for ideas, experiments, and work made with care.
