Your games stay on your devices
You can keep score on one device without creating an account. Game titles, team names, scores, round history, scoring rules, and unfinished rounds are saved locally. The app does not upload your game records to a GiddyDingo Studios server or send those records to Google for advertising. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data, depending on your settings.
Nearby sharing is optional
If you choose nearby sharing, the app uses Apple's local connectivity services to find and connect with another device. While hosting, your game title and technical game and device identifiers are discoverable by nearby devices using the app. After the host approves a new connection, the devices exchange game information, team names, submitted scores, and identifiers used to reconnect and keep the game consistent. The connection uses encryption. Both devices keep a copy of the shared game. Deleting your copy does not delete the other player's copy. You can use the app without allowing Local Network access.
Advertising and privacy choices
The app includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. When these services operate, Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. They may use local storage and similar identifier technologies to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and manage privacy choices. The data processed depends on service configuration, your region, device permissions, and your choices.
The app requests ads only when Google's consent platform reports that ads may be requested. Where applicable, it presents a consent message and provides App settings → Privacy choices to review or change available choices, including withdrawing consent or opting out of sale or sharing for advertising. Advertising-related processing can qualify as sale or sharing under some privacy laws. Non-personalized ads may still involve data processing for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The app does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier through an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Advertising partners and applicable purposes are identified in the consent interface where provided. Google and its partners may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms and safeguards.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments. The app uses Apple's StoreKit services to check whether you own the ad-removal purchase and to restore it. GiddyDingo Studios does not receive your payment-card details. Ad removal stops banner display; it does not delete information previously processed by Apple or Google, and privacy services may still run. Contact and retention
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use it to answer your request and handle related support or legal matters. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request. Support correspondence is retained as needed for those purposes, including applicable legal requirements.
If you use the app’s optional bug-report feature, we receive the problem description and the app version, build number, and any device, operating-system, screen, nearby-sharing, expected-behavior, and contact-email details you choose to submit. We assign a report ID, record the submission time, and retain a salted hash of the source network address to help protect the service from abuse; we do not store the raw address. We use this information to investigate, respond to, and improve the app, and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, and legal obligations. Bug reports do not automatically include complete game histories or screenshots. Please do not include sensitive information.
Local games remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app and its data. Offloading the app may keep its data. Copies in device backups or on another player's device are managed separately. Google and Apple determine retention of information they process under their own policies; removing the app does not automatically erase those records.
Your choices and rights
You can delete saved games in the app and manage Local Network permission in your device's Settings. Where offered, use Privacy choices for advertising preferences. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to restrict or object to its use. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact [email protected] about information handled by GiddyDingo Studios. We cannot access game records stored only on your devices. Requests concerning information independently held by Google or Apple may also need to be directed to them.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing to provide requested app functionality is based on providing that service; support and service protection rely on legitimate interests where appropriate; and processing requiring consent relies on that consent. Applicable legal obligations may also require processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
