Support
Practical help for keeping the game moving.
Saved games
Games and unfinished rounds are saved on the device. If a game seems missing, make sure you are using the same device and have not deleted the game. Restarting the app can refresh the game list. Avoid removing the app while you still need local games: deleting the app may remove its saved data. Device backups are managed by Apple and may help only if a backup exists from before the data was removed.
Nearby sharing
Keep both devices nearby, unlocked, and in the app while connecting. Turn on Bluetooth and allow Local Network access when asked; you can check that permission in your device Settings. If a game does not appear, stop sharing and try again, then confirm that the host approves the other device. Each device keeps its own copy of a shared game, so deleting one copy does not remove the other.
Ads and privacy choices
Ads may take a moment to load, especially after a connection change. If an ad does not appear, you can keep using the scorekeeper. Where available, use App settings → Privacy choices to review or change advertising choices. See the privacy policy for details.
Restore ad removal
If you bought ad removal and ads return after changing devices or reinstalling the app, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Then use App settings → Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Apple processes purchases, so the same Apple Account is required. If the purchase still does not restore, contact us with the purchase date and any error message—please do not send payment-card details.
Send a bug report
Use Send bug report in the app to share a description of the problem and basic app and device details. You can optionally include an email address so we can follow up. Bug reports do not include your complete game history or screenshots. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information. If sending does not work, email [email protected] and include the report ID shown by the app, if any.
Contact
Email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome when they do not include information you would prefer to keep private.
